Stefanini was established in Brasil in 1987, and the company now operates in 39 countries, employing more than 22,000 people worldwide. The company offers ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing/Offshoring) services, including IT tech support in 35 languages, app development, IT systems configuration and ERP/SAP counselling. The Polish branch was established in 2011 and has since rendered IT tech support/help desk and field support services in more than a dozen foreign languages, including French, German, Czhech, Italian, Dutch, as well as Slovenian, Lithuanian, Swedish and Norwegian. Stefanini operates in accordance with the ITIL standards and has branch offices in São Paulo, Brussels and Detroit. Its other Polish office is located in Kraków.
