Renewable Energy Technologies

This programme is offered by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control and Informatics of the Opole University of Technology.
It is dedicated for those who think in the long-term and have a creative, analytical, logical and science-oriented mindset, those who are open to new and promising technologies, possessing the necessary attention span and ability to think in abstract terms, accuracy and consistency, spatial imagination, dynamism, the will and ability to constantly improve and adapt to new challenges.
Graduates of this programme can start their own businesses, manage small enterprises in the electricity sector or find employment in companies which design, assemble, distribute, maintain and offer counsel regarding all types of renewable electric and heat energy sources.
They can become private energy manufacturers, are able to draw up sensible consumer energy plans for local governments and other organisations, and assess their impact on the natural environment and the electric energy and heating system.
Renewable energy expert is one of the best future-oriented technical professions. Renewable energy production is currently one of the fastest-growing technologies in Poland, the European Union and the rest of the world.
